History channel needs to go to college for a few years and overcome their pseudo-science perspective.  They get the facts wrong and rely on non-scientists who misinterpret the material record.  While the graphics are great and some good points are made, they need to be much more discriminating, both regarding information and interviewees.  We know when a destructive "great flood" occurred in Sumeria, and it was not during this period.
